| April is the cruellest month, breeding | |
| Lilacs out of the dead land, mixing | |
| Memory and desire, stirring | |
| Dull roots with spring rain. |
I am putting some quantum mechanics to work and creating positive intention that my house will sell by the end of April. Spring has arrived and now is the time for that eager buyer to arrive and be starstruck, as we were when we first saw the house almost 5 years ago. April, cruel or not, brings with it all sorts of flowers and other pleasant surprises "from the dead lands" as Eliot so famously put it... the sale of my house is no more improbable than leaf buds or helicopter seeds or mosquitoes. It will sell in April.
In the meantime, here are some photos of spring flowers to prove that Mother Earth has renewed herself yet again – she is risen from the dead and girds herself anew to conquer despair and decay.
